My family and I recently moved from the DC area to Shrewsbury MA. From our first phone call Cray was extremely responsive and professional regarding all of our requests and preferences for finding a house. During my wife and my first house hunting trip form DC Cray lined up over 12 houses for us. The houses met our criteria perfectly. He even dug our car out of the snow during this trip. When we finally put an offer on a house Cray was responsive and completely thorough with the paperwork. Due to demands from my job I was under tight time constraints regarding the move, but Cray was able to keep up and ensure all of the paperwork was complete and ready for closing. In my humble opinion Cray went above and beyond the call of duty in several respects. He went to city hall on my behalf to ensure the utilities would be turned on and transferred to my name. My move schedule changed several times and Cray was able to coordinate with all stakeholders to accelerate the timeline to facilitate my move. Not being form the area Cray provided me recommendations for home inspectors as well as an Attorney who both worked out great and were reasonably priced. By all accounts due to the distances involved and the highly compressed timeline this should have been an unpleasant move. Due to Cray’s responsiveness, and resourcefulness it was actually a (relatively) stress free evolution. I would highly recommend using Cray as you realtor if you are looking for a house in Massachusetts.
