What are the minimum qualifications to join the Luxury Division?

Agents interested in joining the Luxury Division need to have closed at least 6 Luxury Transactions within the past 24-month period, at least 3 of which need to have been listings. A “Luxury Transaction” is defined as a transaction with a Sold Price at or above the CLHMS™️ threshold, and is not below $750,000.

How do I apply to join?

Real agents in good standing should complete the following steps to apply to join the division:

Step 1: Apply for the Real Luxury Division by creating an account with the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and completing the application. Click here to get started.

Step 2: Your application will be reviewed by the Institute and Real’s Luxury Division Charter Members.

Step 3: If your application is accepted, you will receive next steps to complete payment and complete 5 required hours of training. You will have 30 days to complete the training.

Step 4: After training is complete, you will be onboarded into the Real Luxury Division and begin receiving member benefits.

I have a luxury listing but do not meet the qualifications to join the Division, may I still promote my listing as luxury?

If you have a Luxury Listing and are not a member of the Real Luxury Division (or do not qualify for membership) you may still have your listing featured as a Luxury Listing on Real’s website. Contact luxury@onereal.com to learn more.

Is there a fee to join the Real Luxury Division?

Yes, Real Luxury Division Membership includes the following annual fees:

1. $500 (before July 1)

2. $295 (if you already have your CLHMS™️ designation and/or annual renewal)

If you already have your CLHMS™ designation, the annual Real Luxury Membership and Institute of Luxury Membership/Designation Maintenance is $1,245
